Your next 3 steps to a pain free life.
Step 1: Book an Online Consultation
Schedule a 30-min virtual call so we can hear your story, understand what you’ve tried, find out key information and determine if you’re a good fit. (No one can by-pass Step 1, it’s mandatory.)
Step 2: In-Depth Assessment (Exam)
If appropriate, we perform a thorough assessment to identify soft-tissue and nerve restrictions contributing to your pain.
Step 3: Targeted Treatment (15 Min)
Hands-on treatment focused on restoring movement, removing adhesion restrictions and reducing nerve irritation — not generic exercises or temporary relief.
Adhesion is abnormal connective tissue — often referred to as “scar tissue” — that forms inside muscles, around nerves, and between tissue layers.
Think of adhesion like glue inside your body.
It sticks tissues together that are meant to slide freely, which can lead to:
Restricted movement
Chronic pain
Tightness
Numbness or tingling
Weakness
Over time, this “glue-like” effect disrupts normal movement and irritates nearby nerves.
WHAT IS ADHESION?
WHY ADHESION CAUSES CHRONIC PAIN
Adhesion commonly forms after:
Injury or trauma
Repetitive stress or overuse
Surgery
Prolonged inflammation
Your body creates this tissue as part of the healing process — but unlike a cast on a broken bone, adhesion is not automatically removed once healing is complete.
When it’s left behind, it continues to restrict movement and irritate nerves, often becoming the hidden root cause of long-standing pain.
This is why many people experience:
Temporary relief from chiropractic care, massage, or injections
Pain that keeps returning
Symptoms that don’t fully show up on imaging
WHY MOST TREATMENTS DON’T FIX IT
Many conventional treatments focus on managing symptoms rather than removing adhesion itself.
Treatments like:
Adjustments
Exercise-only rehab
Injections
Pain medications
may reduce discomfort temporarily — but they do not address the physical restriction caused by adhesion.
Until adhesion is properly identified and released, the problem often persists.

Our Approach
Most people we work with have been in pain for months or years and have already tried physical therapy, injections, chiropractic care, or surgery without lasting results.
Our approach focuses on identifying and removing soft-tissue and nerve adhesions that restrict movement and irritate nerves — often the missing piece in chronic pain that provides meaningful and long-lasting improvements.
How we are different
We look for root causes, not symptoms
The most in depth exam you will ever go through (Range of motion testing and palpating over 50+ different tissues to find your worst adhesions, putting the puzzle pieces together… most clients say they have never experienced something so in depth)
Focus on soft tissue & nerve mobility, not just joints (what most people miss, we find that adhesion is the most common cause of chronic pain in our office yet 9 out of 10 people never have heard of it before)
Hands-on, targeted treatment tailored just to you and your case every single visit— not generic exercises or treatment like your usual run of the mill clinic
Many patients feel meaningful change quickly
Who this is for / not for (important)
Good fit:
Chronic pain lasting 6+ months
Have seen 3 or more doctors or therapists without lasting relief
Pain that keeps returning despite previous treatment
Pain that increases with movement (while not required, this is often a good sign for the type of conditions we treat)
Frustrated with treatments that only provide temporary relief
Ready to invest the time and commitment needed to achieve lasting results
Not a Good Fit
People unwilling to undergo a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of their pain.
People who are not ready to invest in their long-term health and recovery.
People who are unwilling to stay consistent with their treatment plan.
People expecting years of chronic pain to be resolved in a single treatment.
FAQ
Do you accept my insurance?
Our office does not accept any insurance. Insurance companies don’t care if you get better–they only care about saving money. They also put up arbitrary barriers and ultimately keep providers from providing excellent care. Our focus is on YOU and making sure you receive the highest quality care plan possible. This yields incredible results! We do accept cash, zelle, check, and major credit cards.
How do I know if this treatment will be able to help?
If you have any muscle, joint, or nerve problems then you are a good candidate. This is what we do best. If you have also failed other treatments or haven’t reached your maximum level of improvement, then you are also a good candidate. Our providers focus on finding and fixing adhesion, which is a difficult problem to find and even more difficult to fix. Our trained providers can help with this problem as it is not extensively trained in any doctorate education. Our type of care is unique, so all potential new patients will need to complete a comprehensive 30-minute virtual consultation and a in person exam. During the consultation, we will briefly discuss your case to determine if you are in the right place.
How frequent do I need to come?
We find that the best results typically come from two treatment sessions per week. These can be scheduled back-to-back on the same day or spread out across the week—for example, one session earlier in the week and one later in the week. Each treatment session lasts about 15 minutes.
How long does the treatment plan last and when will i get pain relief?
On average, a single region of complaint (i.e. shoulder or low back) can reach full resolution or maximum improvement in an average of 16-20 visits (8-10 weeks). Our providers typically see sustainable functional changes that are measured within 1-2 visits. Most patients begin to feel sustainable improvements in pain within 2-3 visits.

Im traveling from out of state how long should I stay?
