Advanced Care

Focused on the Root Cause of Pain

At Restore Soft Tissue & Spine, treatment goes beyond temporarily managing symptoms. We identify soft-tissue and nerve restrictions that may be contributing to chronic pain, limited movement, and recurring problems—then create a targeted treatment plan designed around you.

Our Approach

Find the Restriction. Restore Movement. Get Back to Living.

Many of the people who come to Restore have already tried physical therapy, disc injury care, injections, medications, or even surgery without lasting relief.

Our approach is different.

We focus on identifying soft-tissue and nerve adhesions that can restrict normal movement and irritate nearby nerves. Treatment is hands-on, specific, and tailored to what we find during your assessment—not based on a generic protocol.

SERVICES

Soft Tissue Therapy

Targeted treatment for muscles, connective tissue, and surrounding structures.

Soft-tissue adhesions can develop following injury, repetitive stress, surgery, or prolonged inflammation. These restrictions can prevent tissues from moving freely and contribute to pain, tightness, weakness, and loss of mobility. Our hands-on approach identifies and treats these restricted areas to help restore normal tissue movement and function.

Disc Injury Care

Care that considers more than just the joints.

Pain and restricted movement aren't always caused by the joint itself. Soft tissue and nerve mobility can play an important role as well. Our approach evaluates the surrounding muscles, connective tissues, nerves, and movement patterns to better understand what may be contributing to the problem and determine the appropriate course of care.

Movement Assessments

A more detailed look at how your body is functioning.

Every new patient begins with a comprehensive evaluation designed to identify the source of the problem. This can include range-of-motion testing and hands-on examination of numerous tissues to locate significant restrictions and determine how they relate to your symptoms. Rather than treating where it hurts and hoping for improvement, we work to put the pieces together first.

Sports & Injury Recovery

Move better. Recover stronger. Return to what you enjoy.

Injuries and repetitive activity can leave behind soft-tissue restrictions even after the original injury has healed. By identifying areas that are limiting movement or irritating nerves, treatment can focus specifically on the restrictions preventing you from performing and moving the way you should. Whether your goal is returning to a sport, exercise, work, or simply everyday activity, care is designed around restoring function—not just reducing symptoms temporarily.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted acoustic pressure waves to stimulate tissue and promote the body’s natural healing response. It is commonly used for stubborn musculoskeletal conditions involving tendons, muscles, fascia, and other soft tissues. At Restore Soft Tissue & Spine, shockwave therapy may be incorporated alongside our specialized soft-tissue treatment to address chronic areas of pain and restriction and help improve function and mobility.

At-Home Care Recommendations

Treatment at Restore Soft Tissue & Spine extends beyond your time in the office. When appropriate, patients receive individualized at-home care recommendations and corrective exercises designed to complement their in-office treatment. These recommendations give patients practical ways to continue improving movement, stability, strength and function between visits.

HOW TREATMENT WORKS

Your Path to Better Movement

Rather than masking symptoms, we identify the root cause of your pain using detailed movement assessments, hands-on treatment, and individualized recovery plans.

01 — Online Consultation

Start with a 30-minute virtual consultation. We'll discuss your symptoms, how long you've been dealing with them, what treatments you've already tried, and whether Restore may be a good fit for your situation.

02 — In-Depth Assessment

If appropriate, your first in-person visit includes a thorough assessment of your movement, soft tissue, and nerve mobility to identify restrictions that may be contributing to your symptoms.

03 — Targeted Treatment

Treatment is hands-on and specific to your findings, with a focus on restoring movement, addressing adhesion restrictions, and reducing nerve irritation. Treatment sessions are approximately 15 minutes.
